SUP – Stand Up Paddles

By the term SUP (Stand Up Paddle)  we refer to the new way of recreation and training in the water, where by using a board almost similar to the one used in Wind Surf (Hard or inflatable), we paddle standing up with a single long oar.
It is the alternative way of rowing against the original rowing boats and kayaks and the newest lifestyle fashion in worldwide exercise and extreme sports in the water.

SUP rowing became very popular due to its lifestyle, its affordable cost and restricted volume of the equipment, but also due to its high quality of body exercise.
The sport has also evolved to a competitive level that concluded to organizing racing events worldwide.
